About the Program
Every winter, thousands of people in northern Bangladesh struggle to survive the biting cold. Many lack even a single warm blanket or winter garment. The elderly, children, women, and day labourers struggle to survive without proper winter clothing.
Warmth of Compassion 2025 / Ushnotar Chhoa 2025 / উষ্ণতার ছোঁয়া ২০২৫ is a humanitarian campaign dedicated to bringing comfort and dignity to these vulnerable lives. Through this initiative, RDA wants to ensure that no one faces the harsh winter alone.
Who We Aim to Reach
Through this campaign, RDA wants to reach approximately 3,500–4,000 cold-affected people across northern districts of Rangpur Division with blankets and warm clothes.
Priority will be given to:
– Older persons
– Children
– Women
– Day labourers and low-income households

RDA follows a community-centred and accountable approach to ensure that winter support reaches those who need it most, in a dignified and transparent way.
RDA ensures accountability and transparency throughout planning, distribution, and reporting for this campaign.
