RDA’s administrative and organizational functions shall be implemented through five departments, each headed by a Director. All positions within the organization shall adhere to the approved hierarchy and reporting relationships as defined in the organogram. Recruitment and placement in the respective positions shall be undertaken in accordance with the organogram, contingent upon the availability of funds and the expansion of organizational activities aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the organization.
The Executive Director (ED) serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization and is responsible for overall strategic leadership and day-to-day management. The ED acts as the principal link between the Board of Directors and the staff. All Directors, along with the Assistant Director (Internal Audit), Advisor/Consultant/ International Representative, Executive Director’s Secretariat, and RDA’s link organizations, will operate under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. If any Director position remains vacant, the most senior staff member of the respective department, as per the organogram, shall report directly to the Executive Director or, as instructed by the Executive Director, to another Director or senior management position.
