Governance of RDA: The governance of RDA shall comprise the General Council (GC), Executive Committee (EC), Executive Director (ED), and Senior Management Team (SMT) in accordance with the RDA Constitution. The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the organization and is responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of the Executive Committee.
Core Management Team (CMT): The CMT shall consist of the Executive Director, Directors of core departments, and selected senior officials as required.
Senior Management Team (SMT): The SMT shall include the Executive Director, Directors, and all program/project management-level personnel, as outlined in the Constitution.
Project Management Team (PMT): The PMT shall comprise Senior Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field-level management staff.
Focal Persons: There will be Focal Person from different thematic issues and specific programmatic area or project to represent as contact person from the organization.
